This sponsorship is to assist you in making your climb on Mount Everest safer. Please understand that the sponsorship is not at all linked to you getting to the top. Everest is extremely risky and I wouldn’t want any more pressure to be on you than necessary.

You are a remarkable young person, and however high you get on Everest, you will inspire many young Australians – which is very important.

Be as careful as you can on the climb. Remember if the weather conditions mean that the risk is too high, you can always try again at a later date.
